What is "Colorvu"?
Colorvu is a new technology that allows our cameras to remain in full colour even in the dead of night. This tecnology requires the cameras to turn on a small "supplement light" that illuminates the area just enough to give a top quality colour image.
What is "Acusense"?
Acusense is a smart feature of our cameras. This ensures you only get a notification to your device if someone is actually there, not just a cat or a waving bush like the old systems used to do! We can configure Intrusion detection areas, Line cross detection areas and more.
Do i need to pay a subscription like Ring and other camera manufacturers?
No! We offer lifetime remote access to all of our CCTV and alarm systems. The only thing we charge a subscription for is remote maintenance after 3 months, but this is only charged if you require the system changing or modifying.
Do your cameras only record motion?
No, they record 24/7, but there is a marker on the footage if movement is detected. This works by recording to a local hard drive and when this is full, the system re-writes over the oldest videos, so you always have a full hard drive of footage.
Where is the best place to fit our new Recorder?
We always recommend in a loft space, or locked cabinet. Unfortunately if you do experience a burglary, the recorder is often on the first items to go missing! We are also able to install a SD card in each camera as a backup to the recorder, if required.
